Shipping & Delivery Policy — MAR MART
We deliver across Bangladesh via reliable courier partners.
Delivery Time:
- Inside Dhaka: 1-2 working days
- - Outside Dhaka: 2-4 working days
Delivery Charge:
- Inside Dhaka: BDT 80
- - Outside Dhaka: BDT 130
- - FREE delivery on orders above BDT 3,000
Order Confirmation:
After you place an order, our team will call you on the provided mobile number to confirm before dispatch. If we cannot reach you within 24 hours, the order may be cancelled.
Cash on Delivery (COD):
We offer Cash on Delivery across Bangladesh. You can inspect the parcel before paying. If the product is damaged or not as described, you may refuse delivery and no charge will apply.
Tracking:
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking SMS/WhatsApp message with the courier name and consignment number.
Failed Delivery:
If the courier cannot deliver after 2 attempts (wrong address, phone unreachable, customer refusal without reason), the order will be returned to us and may incur a re-delivery charge.
